There are three payment scenarios in our app:

1. Pay as a Shopify account owner

2. Pay as a Shopify account with no ownership

3. Pay as a non-Shopify account

Note: If you are a managed services client, contact our team so that we can mark you as paying by invoice. This applies to Shopify and non-Shopify stores.

1.  Pay as a Shopify account owner

If you sign up through Shopify and you are the account owner, you will be asked to start the trial and approve the charge. (You will not be charged during the trial)

To Upgrade - When you wish to upgrade, you may do so through Settings > Billing and by clicking UPGRADE. When you click on upgrade you will be asked to approve the charge. Remember that only the account owner can approve the charge. If you started the trial using Shopify, you cannot upgrade using Stripe, as your form of payment will be remembered by the app.

2. Pay as a Shopify account with no ownership

If you sign up through Shopify and you are not the owner, you will select start free trial. Instead of being asked to approve the charge, you will be redirected to the unauthorized access page. If you click back, you will be taken to the start trial page. The app will recognize that you’re not the owner and you’ll be able to select start trial on card.

To Upgrade - When you wish to upgrade, you may do so through Settings > Billing and by clicking UPGRADE. Once you do that, the app will remember that you paid with Stripe. You won’t be able to pay through Shopify, since your selected payment method was Stripe.

3. Pay as a non-Shopify account

The core app for non-Shopify websites is free, so it becomes a matter of what kinds of services you require. This could include account setup, managed services,  or Facebook cost import.  Contact our support team if you'd like to know more.

To Upgrade- When you wish to upgrade, you may do so through Settings > Billing and by clicking UPGRADE. After you choose your plan, you may pay through Stripe. If you are paying through invoice,  contact our support team.
