# How to grant collaborator permissions to a specific app via Shopify

Team members get access to the Littledata app through your Shopify admin. This page shows you how to give a new or existing staff member permission to use the app.

### Add a new staff member

### Open Users and permissions

In your Shopify admin, click **Settings** (bottom left), then **Users and permissions**.

### Add staff

In the **Staff** section, click **Add staff**.

### Choose the Littledata app

Fill in the staff member's details. Scroll down to the app permissions and select the Littledata app. If your store uses Littledata's Segment app, select that one.

### Send the invite

Click **Send invite**.

### Give an existing staff member access

### Open **Users and permissions**

In your Shopify admin, click **Settings** (bottom left), then **Users and permissions**.

### Choose the staff member

In the **Staff** section, click the staff member you want to give access to.

### Select the Littledata app and save

Scroll down to the app permissions, select the Littledata app (or Littledata's Segment app), then click **Save**.
