How to uninstall the Littledata app

This page shows you how to uninstall Littledata from your Shopify store. If something isn't working, contact [e-mail] first. We may be able to fix it for you.

Uninstalling the app disconnects all destinations connected through Littledata. As soon as you uninstall, Littledata stops tracking data for every destination.

Open Littledata in Shopify admin

In Shopify admin, go to Apps and open Littledata - The Data Layer.

Uninstall

Click the three dots in the top-right corner of the screen, then click Uninstall.

Uninstalling stops future billing cycles, but a charge already created for your current cycle will still appear on your next Shopify invoice. See How billing works on Shopify.

Remove a single destination instead

If you only want to stop sending data to one destination, you don't need to uninstall the app. In the Littledata app, click the three dots next to the destination and click Delete connection. All your other destinations keep working.
