# What happens when my website exceeds the Littledata pricing plan limits?

Usage of Littledata is [tiered by order volume](https://www.littledata.io/pricing) (over the last 30 days) and additional usage fees. If you go over the spending cap, you need to upgrade to a higher plan for us to continue processing your data. Your can check you current spending cap by accessing Shopify Admin -> Settings -> Billing

You can upgrade your pricing plan at any time by clicking on the cog in the top right corner of the Littledata app, and selecting Billing. Choosing a new plan will cancel your existing plan and put you straight onto a higher tier.

If do not upgrade in a timely manner, we may **stop processing orders beyond the tier limit.** We will send at least three emails to all the emails on your account over 14 days before we suspend any collection. This is covered in [clause 2 of our Terms](https://blog.littledata.io/terms).

You will see a warning like this within the Littledata app:

{% hint style="info" %}
Your data collection is part-suspended while you are over the limit for your price tier.
{% endhint %}

In the event your account is in part-suspended in this way we will process the first X orders in a month (e.g. first 1,500 for a Standard plan needing to upgrade) but not any subsequent orders. This will result in **lost revenue and purchase data** in your chosen destinations.

Unfortunately, this missing data **cannot be restored** once you extend payment.

As soon as you choose the upgraded plan this limit will be removed, and all orders will be tracked.

For the Segment destination we can import orders at additional cost after the account has been brought into good standing.
