Littledata offers a range of pricing plans for e-commerce stores. In line with our values, we've built our pricing to be fair and transparent, so there is an option for any online store to get accurate sales, marketing and customer data.
For a price of $0.25 per Shopify order tracked, we will process your data to all our available integrations. At the end of the monthly billing cycle, you will be charged according to the number of orders we’ve tracked.
The initial spending cap for the Flex plan is $500 (equivalent to 2000 orders; including recurring orders). If your store exceeds it, we will stop processing your orders until the spending cap is increased or a higher plan is selected.
The spending cap is the amount of money that an app can charge in a billing cycle. It can be manually increased from the app charge settings inside the Shopify admin panel.
The price for Littledata is based on the number of orders we tracked over the last 30 days for you. The volume of monthly orders includes recurring and other transactions - any order that Littledata passes through to your data destinations.
Plans that Littledata offer
Standard - up to 1500 orders per month + $0.10 / extra order (initial spending cap: $500)
Pro - up to 8000 orders per month + $0.03 / extra order (initial spending cap: $1000)
Plus - up to 50000 orders per month + $0.03 / extra order (initial spending cap: $3000)
If you reach the spending cap, you will need to either increase it from the app charge settings in your Shopify admin panel or upgrade to a higher plan to get a bulk discount.
As your store grows, so will your Littledata subscription. When you exceed the threshold for your current plan, you will need to upgrade to ensure continuing data processing.
The upgrade process just takes a couple of clicks in the app:
By paying annually, you can save 20% on your Littledata subscription.
You can opt for the annual charge by going to the billing page, switching to an annual subscription, and accepting the new charge.
Littledata offers an extra 10% discount if you include at least 3 add-ons to your plan.

So if you're a smaller store on the growth path, you are welcome to upgrade to a Littledata Plus plan for extra support and higher SLAs.
Littledata Plus plans are 1/10 the cost of hiring an outside developer or agency for custom tracking and reporting.
Like many SaaS products, we periodically increase pricing for the Littledata app. When we do so, current paid users are sometimes 'grandfathered in' at their current rate.
We aim to give our loyal customers the best deal, but we reserve the right to ask you to move to the latest pricing plan to continue using all the features we invest in.
