The Littledata tracking code seems to be causing problems on my Shopify store...

Littledata's snippet has been installed on thousands of stores without problems, so it's unlikely but not impossible that the issues are due to our code. Before we can investigate further you need to follow these steps.

1. Are you using the latest version of the Littledata tracking code? You can check this by asking our support team. If you need to update, you'll see a prompt in Littledata's app like this:

2. Do you see any Javascript errors in the browser console? You can take a screenshot of the console in Chrome by going to View .. Developer .. JavaScript Console or by clicking Option + Command + J

3. Is there other functionality going wrong? Can you record a video for our support team of the problem?

There is one known limitation with our tracking of the product list views: Command + Click on a product in the list will not open the product in a new tab.
